    Tonkiri Energy Work offers the following services and products:

  3. Initial Consultation
    An initial consultation of up to 30 minutes can be arranged upon request. This serves as an introduction, providing a brief overview of the client's situation, answering questions, and determining if and how a collaboration is possible.
  4. Booking and Contract
    Booking our services can be done online, by phone, or in writing. The contract is concluded once you have received a booking confirmation.
  5. Consultation
    When a service is booked, a consultation of up to 30 minutes per service is included. Additional consultations will be charged based on the time spent.
  6. Companies and Institutions
    For companies and institutions, the consulting or service process begins with an informational and briefing session, which is free and non-binding. A personalized offer will be created for companies and institutions.
  7. Prices and Payment
    The prices for our services are listed on our website. Payments are due at the time of booking or before the service begins. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website. We prefer cash payment.
  8. Cancellation and Withdrawal
    You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made later, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the price. If you do not show up without prior cancellation, the full price will be charged.
  9. Clarification
    Our training and experience in alternative healing methods, as well as our knowledge of plant medicine, were gained in the Amazon with indigenous peoples. We do not hold any diplomas recognized in Switzerland, nor do we have qualifications as alternative practitioners. For health diagnoses or prescriptions, please consult your doctor.
  10. Liability
    The information provided on our website is general in nature and does not replace medical advice. We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We do not guarantee the success of the services. Our offerings are for personal and spiritual support and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.   11. Herbal Medicine
    We use natural healing plants from the rainforest, called plant diets, which are taken in connection with our therapies. Initial worsening of symptoms may occur, as with other homeopathic products. We are not aware of any side effects. Our plant diets do not have pharmaceutical approval and are not considered medical treatments. The responsibility for taking them lies with the customer, and we disclaim any liability. They are made from natural substances without preservatives and may ferment if stored incorrectly or for too long. In the refrigerator, they are valid for at least 15 days. We do not guarantee fermentation in case of improper storage.
  12. Data Protection
    Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used only within the scope of providing services. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy on the website.
  13. Changes to the T&C
    We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time. Changes will be published on our website. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated T&C. The T&C valid at the time of booking will apply.
  14. Final Provisions
    Swiss law applies. The court of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the location of Tonkiri Energy Work.
