Do we have a distorted view of the world? Is humanity truly good?

Wars, hunger, crime, corruption, and more define our world. Faced with this reality, we must ask: Is humanity truly good, or do we see the world through a distorted lens? To find an answer, we need to explore who we really are and why we are here.

Wars, hunger, crime, corruption, and more define our world. Faced with this reality, we must ask: Is humanity truly good, or do we see the world through a distorted lens? To find an answer, we need to explore who we really are and why we are here.

We are not merely flesh and blood - our true essence is spirit. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Many of us identify so strongly with our bodies and external circumstances that we overlook a deeper reality. But the truth is this: Before our very first incarnation, each of us consciously chose to live on this Earth. Our physical bodies allow us to experience emotions like pain, hunger, anger, and fear - experiences that help us grow and discover ourselves.

Before our first incarnation, a symbolic «black cell» was implanted within us - a metaphor for the challenges and shadows we must overcome on our journey. The Bible expresses this with the phrase, «A little yeast leavens the whole batch of dough.» With each subsequent incarnation, we became further entangled in the duality of existence. But now, the time has come to find our way back to the light.

This path leads through self-healing. It requires us to recognize, accept, and gradually dissolve our blocks and fears. Only by confronting our inner shadows can we break free from the chains of duality and rediscover our true essence.

The law of karma - cause and effect - reminds us that everything we do to others eventually comes back to us. It doesn’t matter whether this happens in this life or another. Often, we encounter the very people we once hurt, offering us opportunities to learn the lessons that lead to healing.

The essence of this journey is simple: Humanity is good. At their core, every person carries light and love. Yet, this light is often hidden beneath wounds, fears, and unconscious patterns. By walking the path of self-healing, we lift these veils and uncover our true nature. Only those who heal themselves can help heal the world.

The answer to whether humanity is good lies within us. If we are willing to truly face ourselves, we will see that we are not separate - neither from one another nor from the divine. The journey of self-healing is, ultimately, the journey back to ourselves.
